• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring partner readiness on licensing models, incentives, and go-to-
market strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and performance reporting using CRM and Excel-based
dashboards.
• Partner with internal sales, operations, and support teams to accelerate deal closure and resolve partner blockers.
