I'm the CEO of Torre (torre.ai). We're building self-driving AI recruiters for companies to hire great talent and for candidates to help them find the perfect job. It's fast, data-driven, transparent, and non-discriminatory. Picture a world where job interviews are no longer needed, and recruiting is no longer artisanal! Previously, I co-founded and bootstrapped Voice123, the first and largest global marketplace for voice-overs, with over 200,000 voice actors and 100,000 buyers. Backstage and TA Associates acquired Voice123. I also bootstrapped Bunny Studio, a mission-critical outsourcing solution for creative work, with my wife Tania Zapata. With hundreds of thousands of users, availability in five languages, and team members in 10+ countries, Bunny Studio continues to grow steadily. In 2018, I co-founded Tribe (withyourtribe.com), a remote-first video communication platform. I hold multiple patents related to the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces. MIT honored me with the Innovator Under 35 award, with the High-Impact Entrepreneur title by Endeavor, and named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Together, Tania and I have angel-invested in 50+ tech companies. I joined Sony's Shark Tank Colombia as an investor in 2017.
