• Experience in payroll, financial systems and financial controls, financial planning and risk management, cash flow management, financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. • Expertise in managing the development of financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, compliance reporting, payables and receivables reconciliations, payroll systems and financial controls, internal operational management reporting, and annual business planning. • Experience in analysing and presenting financial and management reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements. • Strong Financial Reporting skills with remarkable comprehension of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure. • Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions. • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced and multicultural environment. • In-depth knowledge of automated accounting systems such as Quick books, Tally, Sage,ERP System and advanced excel operations
