I am passionate about providing solutions to clients and potential clients, understanding thoroughly their operation and connecting to create highly productive experiences for both sides. During the last years I have worked in software deployment projects in Colombia and Panama as Business Analyst responsible for meeting all clients’ requirements during the implementation of software solutions for optimum resource planning using various agile software development methodologies including SCRUM and Kanban.
Additionally, I have participated in many commercial activities as a technical expert demonstrating in short presentations how the most critical problems of a potential client can be solved with the presented solution, all of this while showing professionalism and conveying trust. Solving operational problems is my all time favorite challenge and connecting to people is my favorite way to approach those problems.
I have excellent written and oral communication skills that enable me to transmit complex ideas, come up with creative ways to introduce new concepts to clients or describe their own business model.
On a more personal side, I consider myself as empathic, intellectually curious, organized and an optimal teamplayer. I like to receive advices and feedback from colleagues, clients and supervisors.
