Think back to your first interview, were you nervous, unsure, or just hoping to be understood? I remember mine like it was yesterday: palms sweaty, heart pounding, hoping I could communicate who I was and what I had to offer. That experience stayed with me, and it’s why I care deeply about making the hiring process feel more human, for everyone.
Over the years, I’ve recruited across nearly every department: creative, marketing, sales, tech, finance, ops, and leadership. I don't consider myself a specialist in one niche; instead, I specialize in understanding the company, the team, and the problem a role is meant to solve, then finding the right people to do it.
My approach is rooted in transparency, empathy, and partnership. I work closely with hiring managers to understand their vision, help candidates see their value, and guide both sides through a process that’s thoughtful, respectful, and real.
💡 What I care about:
- Being honest and clear with candidates, always
- Creating a safe, supportive space for vulnerability and growth
- Giving hiring managers more than resumes, giving them insights
- Following up, even when it’s hard
- Staying curious; about people, teams, and what makes them thrive
Whether I’m working with new grads, senior leaders, or fast-moving startups, my goal is the same: to make hiring a meaningful, human experience that leads to long-term success for everyone involved.
