Evaluated the role of receptor tyrosine kinase DDR2 in endothelial cells, identifying its contribution to tumor angiogenesis and metastatic progression in breast cancer under the guidance of Dr. Gregory Longmore, MD. Developed and optimized 5+ robust and reproducible assays enabling preclinical evaluation of target receptor as a pro-angiogenic target and supporting target validation decisions. Generated and characterized 4+ stable cell lines from primary murine tumors. Analyzed and interpreted complex datasets to inform experimental strategy and next-step decision making. Communicated findings through written reports, internal presentations, and external scientific meetings. Mentored junior researchers, contributing to overall lab productiv
