As the Executive Director of the GCF branch in Colombia, I started this office from scratch and steered its development for the last 10 years until making it one of the region's top performers in terms of social and eLearning programs.
I have a strong calling to help clients and employees of the organization develop new skills and achieve a better future. My disposition to adapt to change and manage unforeseen situations creatively and effectively has been put to the test almost daily in this position.
Staying always flexible and aware of technological changes in our field has helped us in the Colombian branch to deliver results such as VR videos, innovative apps, and edge tech tools for learning.
I consider myself a goals-based achiever. People management, agile strategic planning and program creation are at the core of my duties. Direct knowledge of community engagement, learning management systems and media production skills, such as voice over experience, have proven to be valuable abilities in my role. I have a strong foundation of verbal and written communication, time management and problem solving, along with fluency in English and Spanish, with
basic proficiency in Portuguese
