Electromechanical maintenance technician with several years of experience in technical support, customer service and logistics. My career started at Cisco Systems, where I first worked as a customer service representative in the TAC Frontline team. There, my role was to manage ticket creation and be the point of contact between customers and Cisco engineers. It was a very valuable experience because I learned how to handle direct communication with customers, especially in high-pressure situations where urgency and accuracy are key.
Then moved on to become a technical support engineer, also at Cisco. In that role, my main responsibility was to analyze and solve technical problems on network equipment. This allowed me to develop more advanced technical skills, as well as improve my ability to communicate clearly with customers on complex issues. One thing I am proud of is that I have established trusting relationships with customers through excellent communication and case follow-up.
Most recently, I have worked as a logistics operator at Lean Solutions. Here I focused on overseeing daily logistics operations and optimizing processes, which resulted in a significant reduction in costs and delivery times. I also implemented improvements in claims handling, working closely with customers to resolve their concerns in an efficient manner. My approach has always been to work as a team and find solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.
