I helped train an AI chatbot by utilizing my creative writing skills in conjunction with my machine learning knowledge. In a nutshell, I answered and asked prompts relevant to the AI model to see how it responded and then corrected it when appropriate. I still train AI periodically by completing various tasks assigned by Clickworker. This include writing prompts, answering surveys, or doing other confidential work tied to the betterment of certain AI models, including voice chatbots. I further trained AI chatbots for Alignerr by completing confidential projects tied to my mastery of the English language. Without revealing too much, I completed tasks that help make artificial intelligence models more capable of reading certain data.

I have reviewed hundreds of websites and apps for UserTesting and IntelliZoom (the latter of which is now owned by UserTesting). Basically, I critiqued a client's prototype based on the guidelines they provided. Sometimes, they want to see how intuitive a product or service is, alongside other opinions that somebody outside their company might have for it. This includes A/B testing or other quality assurance duties. Additionally, I utilized my understanding of HTML to better analyze and assess various projects related to testing clients' online prototypes, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their functionality and user experience.
