Founder and Managing Partner of Ava Firm, S.C, born in Mexico City, graduated from the Universidad Nuevo Mundo, superior studies both in Mexico (Universidad Panamericana) and abroad (Université Robert Schuman). He is an active member in different Mexican, as well as International Associations. He is registered professor at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He has attended and being a speaker at many conference and seminars in America, Asia and Europe. He is registered as arbitrator and Expert Witness on Intellectual Property matters for the Mexican Government, as well as for private Mediation and Arbitration Centers in Mexico and abroad. He is Ambassador for the Americas, Board Member and Former President of the IP Group of the Mexican Chapter for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Mexico).
