• Provided technical support for Huawei Cloud Stack services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and network services.
• Issues such as insufficient storage, hardware faults, network connectivity, and errors faced during virtual machine deployment are some examples of issues resolved during my role as an L1 Cloud Support Engineer.
• Navigate and utilize the Huawei Cloud Stack platform in a lab environment for hands-on learning and issue replication.
• Assist customers during their Cloud configuration, management, and upgrade process.
• Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
