Redefined the EM product-marketing model to cross sell into other coverage areas, including Equities, Credit and Investment Banking. Core objective was to grow Emerging Markets revenue by at least 10% globally to in excess of $300 million per annum.
• The Cross Selling Initiative created and unlocked new revenue streams in other sections of the bank, and consistently met its targets.
• Undertook the process of marketing the EM product offering through a process of education, training and re-incentivisation helping to enable sales people to sell products outside their core proposition.
