Mario Ciabarra is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Metric, the agentic digital analytics platform designed to help enterprises quickly understand and act on customer behavior. In 2015, Mario began a journey to solve the single greatest friction in the enterprise: the fact that while data is everywhere, understanding is elusive. He has spent the last decade evolving Quantum Metric from a deep-dive customer analytics tool into the agentic digital analytics platform designed specifically for democratized understanding with Agentic AI. This moves the industry beyond dashboard-led insight and to autonomous analysis of the experiences that matter most. Under his leadership, Quantum Metric has become the enterprise standard for the Fortune 500, replacing manual investigation with AI-driven agents that provide context, clarity, and the confidence to act in seconds. Today, Quantum Metric captures insights from 50% of the world’s internet users, supporting 9 billion sessions monthly for the world’s leading brands in retail, travel, healthcare, and finance.
Mario’s career is rooted in innovation and advocacy. In 2003, he founded DevStream (acquired by Compuware) and played an early role in the iPhone ecosystem, founding Intelliborn (2007) and Rock Your Phone (2008), where he created the first iPhone WiFi Hotspot and the first iOS “notification center” before an official SDK existed. In 2009, he successfully lobbied Congress alongside the EFF to secure a landmark DMCA exemption for iOS "jailbreaking," protecting fair competition and open innovation for developers.
Mario was named one of EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2019, and Colorado Biz's CEO of the Year (2021), and Quantum Metric named to both the Inc. 5000 and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for 6 consecutive years (2020–2025), and a Google Cloud Partner of the Year.
A contributor to the Forbes Technology Council and a frequent source for the WSJ and NYT, Mario holds a degree from Penn State University. He resides in Colorado, where he balances the world of high-tech with his three "mini-hackers" and time on the slopes.
