Talent Partner with 5+ years of experience scaling teams across AU, NZ, the UK, and the US. I specialise in full-cycle recruiting across ops, marketing, finance, clinical, product and eng, and customer support functions. I thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where every hire counts, and I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible organisations that have deepened my passion for building teams in startups and scale-ups. My HR career soft-launched as an intern in a not-for-profit in regional NSW before moving into recruitment at a global tech scale-up. In a prior life, I also worked in account management, office management, and good old-fashioned customer service. I hold a Bachelor of Communications (Digital & Social Media) and a Master of Business (Human Resources) from UTS - both of which gave me a solid foundation for life in people and culture (mastering the art of last-minute assignments absolutely counts). My life outside of work consists of dogs, cooking (and eating), books/films/shows (always open to recommendations), friends and family, and some attempt at movement - whether that’s hiking, yoga, pilates, or dancin'. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through my career and studies, I’m driven to attract and empower top talent while fostering a people-centric culture that fuels both team success and organisational growth.
