Creativity: Even though I keep abreast of the latest tendencies in marketing, I'm very adept at thinking out of the box, and I've been fortunate enough to see many of those projects come to life. Problem Solving: This is where my emotional intelligence comes to play, as through many years of interacting with executives, partners and customers from all levels, I've honed my negotiation, listening, and critical thinking skills. Leadership: I switch between task-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership. I believe motivated people who have a clear path ahead of them make productive contributions to the company and foster teamwork. Time Management: Building a career in tech has made me extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. I enjoy both establishing and analizing processes for improvements. Analytics: Data is at the heart of marketing, and it's constantly evolving. In my most recent role, I've been able to set up inbound channels, connect a Marketing CRM with a Sales CRM, create an end-to-end funnel and end-to-end reporting dashboards.
