Twelve years ago I started in recruitment because I liked solving a very specific kind of puzzle: matching the right person to the right role, at the right time, for the right reasons. That's still what gets me up in the morning — it's just bigger now. Today I lead client delivery for multiple accounts, spanning IT, engineering, and professional services hiring across the US, Canada, UK, and APAC. My job sits at the intersection of people and process: keeping clients confident in our pipeline, keeping candidates treated like humans and not requisition numbers, and keeping delivery teams focused on outcomes instead of noise. I've run VMS/MSP programs, hit SLA targets under real pressure, and built teams that outlast any single account.
