I was selected to attend the Capital One Diversity Summit for Developing Leaders (SDL), a one-week program that helps develop collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills by giving participants hands-on experience working and learning in Capital One's “start-up minded, innovative, and inclusive culture driven by technology,” exploring challenging case studies, and engaging one-on-one with Capital One analysts. The summit was held May 16-20, 2022. Based on my work at the Summit and an interview, I was offered to participate in the Early Internship Program (EIP) at Capital One for the summer of 2023 at the headquarters in McLean, VA.
