VP of Talent (CLO)
St. Augustine, Florida, United States
I build enterprise people systems that drive performance, scale leadership, and improve business outcomes.
I bring more than 20 years of professional experience, with the last 18 years focused specifically on Talent, HR, and organizational leadership. Since transitioning into Talent and People leadership in 2008, I have led large-scale initiatives across people analytics, workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, onboarding, employee experience, and M&A integration.
My work centers on designing and operating end-to-end talent systems that connect people strategy to measurable results. This includes building people analytics and workforce forecasting capabilities, scaling performance and succession systems, leading org design and workforce optimization efforts, improving retention, accelerating hiring velocity, and strengthening leadership pipelines. I have operated in complex, global, private-equity-backed environments where execution, speed, governance, and financial impact matter.
Earlier in my career at GE, I helped design and scale global leadership and learning programs reaching more than 25,000 employees across 15+ countries. I led high-performing teams, embedded leadership behaviors into daily operations, and partnered with senior leaders to drive cultural change, engagement, and performance at scale.
In more recent roles, I have operated as part of senior leadership teams, shaping strategic, financial, and operational decisions through workforce data, organizational insight, and disciplined execution. My experience includes supporting acquisitions and divestitures, harmonizing talent systems, advising on succession and leadership risk, and building operating models that enable growth while controlling cost and risk.
I am particularly interested in leadership roles where Talent and HR are treated as core business levers and where strong people systems are essential to scaling the organization.
