• Receiving the requirement from the Client. • Analyze the requirement. • Doing searches/ Posting of jobs according to the Job Orders given by the Client's in (Naukri, Monster, Shine etc) and Social networking sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Face book etc.) • Sourcing high-quality candidates to ensure 100% client satisfaction. • Team management, Client Relationship Management, Quality Check, Sourcing to Offer follow-up & Closure, Background reference checks. • Handled both Contractual and Permanent Staffing. • Effective Database of profiles built through various sources like Job Portals, Internal Employee Reference, Network through prospective candidates etc, involves posting advertisement in portals. • Briefing the profile and requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidate’s suitability and evaluating candidates on their skill sets and communication skills, validating the candidates’ interest on the requirement. • Coordinating with the Candidates, Technical Interviewers for Direct or Telephonic or skype Interviews for Short listed Candidates. • Offer Release, Negotiation and Follow Up. • Maintaining, Updating the efficient database in Excel & internal database • Communicating with Candidates. • Check the resume database for the relevant match. • Handling all responsibilities from sourcing to closure.
