Abs Hassan

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. My name is Abs Hassan and I am one of the founders of Prime Living. We provide a full management service for landlords. We have a core focus on HMO properties in North London, serving city professionals (tenants). As a passionate property manager, it is my responsibility to ensure our managed properties are handled with the highest amount of care possible. This is why we have an excellent team that manages all tenant and maintenance enquiries and have an occupancy rate of 98% which we are very proud of. We work with both portfolio and individual landlords providing a tailored service that they can trust. We want to add value to our clients' investments for years to come, and even across future generations. If you are looking for a long term partner to take serious care of your property investments, please get in touch with us.
