Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Define the strategic roadmap for AI, Digital and Automation aligned with business goals; identify emerging trends and convert them into actionable opportunities.
Practice Development: Build and scale AI/Automation capabilities across people, process, and technology. Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs), reusable assets, and governance frameworks.
Solution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives including conversational AI, RPA, IA, computer vision, NLP, and GenAI (RAG, LLMOps, AI Agents).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, operations, sales and business leaders to ensure integrated and impactful solutions.
Buisness Development: Identify and shape AI opportunities, lead pre-sales engagements, and drive practice growth through strategic client partnerships.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, conducting workshops, identifying use cases, and driving adoption through pilots and scaled implementations.
Innovation: Drive continuous innovation by exploring new AI models, automation tools, cloud-native platforms (e.g., Azure), and integrating responsible AI practices.
Talent Development: Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams; drive capability building, certifications, and a strong learning culture.
Project Management: Lead the execution of AI and automation projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Manage cross-functional teams, track milestones, allocate resources, and drive agile delivery.
