I'm Hichem, 24 years old young Algerian, graduated software engineer, CXL certified, and a growth marketer with various experiences in different sectors like E-commerce, Fintech, and software sectors. I built the marketing and technical parts of an e commerce business from scratch then preserve the growth for more than 1 year, As a result, I successfully generate 2M$ in revenue in 14 months, and more than 56000 orders with 133 orders/ day rate, by managing more than 70000$ of advertising budget distributed on more than 4 ad accounts and one business manager. I continued my learning on digital marketing to improve my skills, in addition to seeking expertise in different digital marketing fields, where I made more than 5 professional certifications in SEO from Semrush, email marketing, social media advertising from Hubspot, google analytics, Product analytics from CXL, and A/B testing foundations from CXL as well I made into practice a lot of my knowledge where I optimized the organic SEO of an eCommerce website tremendously from 51% to 78% based on nobility SEO tool, managed Facebook ad campaigns professionally, automating some marketing tasks like invoice generation which leads to increased productivity by 40% for non-tech people in the company, in addition to analyzing the competition for some specific companies here in Algeria. I have a good onboarding optimization understanding. I had also the chance to work with a Malaysian Fintech startup as a junior growth hacker and a developer assistant to build the MVP. I'm motivated to get new opportunities to improve my skills in growth marketing. I strongly believe that my computer science and software engineering fundamentals understanding, in addition to my past work as a developer can make me a high-quality digital marketer especially in things related to CRMs, implementing customer data platforms(Segment), or even tools that automate the workflow in the company.
