Drishti Bhatia

I’m an Economics and Mathematics student at Rhodes College with experience in financial analysis, internal controls, and operating revenue-generating ventures. Through my work at Hilton’s Global Compliance and Process Integration team, I’ve developed a strong foundation in balance sheet analysis, variance investigation, and financial reporting integrity. In parallel, I’ve built and managed entrepreneurial ventures, overseeing billing systems, P&L monitoring, and cost controls. I’m particularly interested in how disciplined financial decision-making and strong internal systems drive long-term performance. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can learn quickly, contribute analytical rigor, and help teams make thoughtful, growth-oriented decisions.
