“A system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.” — W. Edwards Deming
I’ve always been more curious about how things work behind the scenes than just getting the work done.
Over time, I started noticing that most operational problems aren’t really about effort they’re about how the system is designed. That’s what naturally pulled me toward process improvement and structured thinking.
Right now, I work in U.S. mass tort legal operations, handling high-volume, compliance-heavy data. A big part of my role is making sure things are accurate, structured, and actually usable for decision-making.
Along the way, I’ve been applying AI and automation in practical ways not just experimenting but using it to solve real problems. One of the solutions I built reduced case processing time from around 8 minutes to about 1 minute, which significantly improved how the workflows.
I’m generally interested in:
• making processes smoother and more scalable
• using AI where it actually makes sense
• building systems that reduce manual effort without breaking things
Outside of work, I’ve been building AI Speaks, where I try to simplify how AI can actually be used in day-to-day work. It also includes a growing newsletter with 200+ subscribers.
I enjoy taking messy workflows and turning them into something cleaner, more structured, and easier to scale.
If you’re working on anything around operations, AI, or process improvement, feel free to connect.
