I’m an artist at heart, building with a systems and design mindset. Creation matters to me. I care about how things are made and the conditions that allow people to do meaningful work. Not just output, but flow—the alignment of people + tools. That instinct comes as much from art as from business. I’m a co-founder at Fictiv, now part of MISUMI ($350M exit). My work focuses on strategy, AI, and supporting Fictiv’s 200+ climate customers. Fictiv has taught me a lot. About how hard it is to set a clear vision and keep it clear. About the discipline execution requires once things are in motion. I’ve seen how easily clarity erodes, and how often it must be renewed. I’ve learned through burnout, failure, and starting again. Through persistence that isn’t dramatic, just necessary. Through progress that comes slowly. The work has revealed my strengths and my blind spots. The cost of moving too fast. The weight of accountability. What it really means to scale culture, not just a company. I’m grateful for the work and for what it continues to teach me. I’m motivated by helping others build things that last—and find their own path into creative work.
