Over the last fourteen years, I have worked on over a billion dollars’ worth of construction projects throughout the globe. I have successfully been able to gain a vast network of qualified subcontractors in key market areas within Ohio. This network extends to general contractors specializing in luxury retail throughout United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East as well.

Before working at Salon Lofts, I worked in both the “Contractor” and “Owner” side of construction. I have been able to takeaway important insight from both sides of construction and leverage those experiences in my current position.

· I am able to familiarize myself with constructability challenges and issues in order to achieve cost favorability while monitoring risk
· I have been able to understand the integrity of the “Brand”, while actively searching for value engineering and cost savings. Helping to reduce the store capital costs by over 30%.
· I have been part of a team tasked with new country entry, who are tasked with understanding culture norms, ways of business, construction means and methods, and local regulations.
· I have been able to acknowledge the importance of a deadlines and create strategies in order to meet them.

At Salon Lofts, I helped grow a brand and develop over 100 locations across the United States. (Tripled in size)

I possess strong technical and organization skills which has allowed me work on numerous projects at once.
