Hi, I'm Naincy Goel, an HR Executive with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their strengths, and helping them find the right opportunities. In my current role, I manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and other HR operations while working closely with candidates and hiring managers.

I hold an MBA in HR & Marketing and believe that HR is about more than hiring it's about creating a positive experience for both people and organizations. I'm always learning, growing, and looking for ways to become a better HR professional.
