Clifton Smith

I am currently managing packaging artwork/labeling changes and implementation for all Pfizer products manufactured at the Kalamazoo, MI and Rochester, MI plants. I collaborate with Global Markets, Regulatory Analysts, Production Schedulers, Material Planners and Supply Chain Coordinators to achieve consensus about requested packaging artwork changes, maximize cost effectiveness and compliance for packaging.

I also have over 25 years as an experienced Creative Manager with a diverse background in print production, corporate branding and creative direction. Strong organizational and technical skills such as file prep, color correction, copy writing/editing, photography art direction, and project management.

In addition to my job responsibilities, I am also the Team Leader for the American Cancer Society volunteer group at the Kalamazoo site. I design the program of events, communication and fundraising activities that are carried out throughout the year to support ACS and our partnership to spread cancer awareness.
