Senior Vice President of People Operations

Rachel currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Sendoso. She has a passion for supporting, elevating and driving teams and executives to excellence as a partner in business, thought leadership and culture initiatives.
Prior to joining the Sendoso leadership team, Rachel led People Operations at Alyce, a series B B2B SaaS martech startup and played a critical role in the company's due diligence process resulting in a successful exit in Jan. 2024. While she originally joined Alyce to stand up the Talent Acquisition function, her role evolved to serve on the senior leadership team owning all things People including HR, TA, Benefits, Compliance, Employee Relations, L&D, Onboarding, DEI efforts, Compensation and Culture initiatives.
Prior to her work in B2B SaaS, Rachel spent 10 years leading recruiting in higher education, K-12 education, the non-profit sector and in executive search. She is also an alumna of Teach For America.
Rachel holds a BA in Anthropology and English from Tulane University, an MBA from the Freeman School of Business (Tulane) and a DEI Certificate from Cornell. Rachel calls Boston’s JP neighborhood home and you can also find her teaching indoor cycling and yoga classes at B/SPOKE studios in Wellesley and Boston.
