Senior Director at Head Global | Trusted Talent & Recruitment Partner for Purpose-Driven and Global Organizations, Global & Domestic | Career Services
United States
I am a Global talent and recruitment leader with 15+ years of experience supporting organizations across international development, social impact, and mission-driven sectors. My background spans recruitment, program design, implementation, and capacity building across the US, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. At Head Global, I lead recruitment and advisory efforts that connect organizations with top-tier talent, ensuring clients have access to skilled professionals who can drive results from day one. I help fill roles that are critical, time-sensitive, or complex, from mid-level specialists to senior leaders, all while building long-term talent pipelines and fostering sustainable workforce growth.
My approach is rooted in building human connections and asking questions. I strive to understand client needs, match the right talent to the right opportunity, and guide professionals to succeed in roles where they can maximize their impact.
I bring kindness, warmth, and a positive work ethic and attitude to my work. I am grateful to know, and continue to meet, a robust network of talented friends and professionals. I am guided by an intentional abundance mindset – the next opportunity is just around the corner!
I am also passionate about community-driven economic development and local grant writing, especially in the Central New York area. In this arena, I enjoy working with organizations that are passionate about partnership, enhancing their growth, securing funding opportunities, and fostering sustainable community engagement.
Fun facts I am proud of! --- I obtained a BA in History from the Loyola College in Maryland in Baltimore, which also included a year studying at the Catholic University in Leuven, Belgium. I was a participant of Bike & Build's cross county Providence2Seattle bike ride in 2012. I speak functional Amharic as a result of living and working in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for three years. I was a participant of Leadership Mohawk Valley, class of 2019. I have been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties since 2021. And most of all, grateful momma and co-parent to three energetic and nature-loving kiddos!
