Licensed supervising therapist | empathic people leader | team builder

I am a passionate and compassionate worker with start-up and tech-based experience. I have 12+ years of managerial work including in clinical care, business development, and customer service. I care deeply about mental health advocacy, access, and sustainable care. I am looking to partner with a mission driven company striving to reshape how we provide care.
I feel I had to do a decent amount of marketing selling this adolescent program. I also currently help run a private practice and have good networking and rapport building skills. I have been told that my passion can be a good seller if used right.
I think coming from the care service world I could understand how care providers may receive some of this information, so I did my best to empathize and sort of speak in their language to help bridge the gap.
I tend to be very employee centered and pull from democratic and coaching styles. I try to be as empathetic as possible; as transparent as possible; but also, as clear that business needs are needs. I think the times I adapt my approach is when team members take advantage of having their voice heard by talking over other voices. In those situations, I become more direct and sort of make sure they know expectations in the job.
I love being an advocate for my employees. I want to see them succeed either with the company or in their own ventures. I love data, so I love establishing core metrics so that both the employee and I can track performance in real time without much confusion. Clear expectations from day one help a lot.
Passionate and empathetic leader with 12+ years of experience in managerial roles spanning clinical care, business development, and customer service. Known for my strong advocacy for mental health, access to care, and sustainable solutions, I have a proven track record in building and scaling programs—particularly in adolescent mental health—while maintaining a deep focus on both business needs and employee well-being. Adept at marketing initiatives, rapport-building, and establishing clear expectations, I thrive in environments where collaboration and empathy drive success. Motivated by personal experience and a commitment to reshaping care delivery, I seek to partner with mission-driven organizations focused on creating meaningful impact.
