Built the world's first Netflix-for-books service, delivering unlimited access to more than 1M titles for less than $10 a month. Oversaw engineering, product, and marketing and managed a team of 15. Grew business to $7M ARR and signed deals with every major book publisher.
Oyster earned numerous honors including TechCrunch’s “Best Apps of 2013,” The Next Web’s “Best Apps of the Year,” and Google’s Summer Design Award in July 2014.
Oyster was acquired by Google in September 2015.
