With an MBA degree from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute and a BCom degree from DG Vaishnav College, I have developed a strong foundation in HR and Finance, as well as in corporate and environmental sectors. I have also obtained multiple certifications in talent sourcing, talent management, and HR recruiting communication strategies to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of talent acquisition. Currently, I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sage IT, where I am responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified applicants for various IT requirements. I work closely with the client's point of contact, as well as with US IT staffing companies, to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the USA. Previously, I was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Appsys, where I successfully filled multiple IT roles and projects, using effective recruitment techniques and tools.
