Responsibilities Include:
* overseeing a team of Business Development Representatives across the country.
* maintaining my own pipeline of incoming leads as well as conducting targeted enterprise outreach to secure outbound leads
* coaching and providing feedback to BDRs in call management, lead generation, and strategic guidance throughout their assorted outreach
* working directly with the Director of Business Development and other BD Leads to implement changes to existing processes
* working directly with the Director of Business Development and other BD Leads to scale the team (hiring + onboarding & various other priorities)
