Yuval Ozanna

Having been an entrepreneur for most of my life, I enjoy investing in people, as they are a valuable resource for any business. I also enjoy seeing humanity grow and achieve success overall. It is this attitude that fuels a successful, prosperous, and healthy life. I currently dedicate most of my time to bridging the gap between the ultra-Orthodox community and the high-tech world. My vision is to integrate upwards of thousands of men and women from the community into careers in the Israeli and global high-tech industry, where I believe they have the potential to thrive. Two of the companies I have co-founded in my career are successful in the high-tech industry, and I remain active in them to date. Due to my direct influence in these companies, as well as the others I have founded, it has been a priority for me to create a culture of honesty, integrity, and fairness for all employees, operations, and management teams and to conduct business in the name of trust and faith. My dream is that every member of the companies I have founded will experience the benefits of this culture of personal growth and true friendship in the future, especially in their personal relationships as well as their daily business operations. Also, being a real friend to my customers allows me to be in a more relaxed place and to enjoy our successful collaboration.
