Highlights:
• From Q1 2005 to Q3 2008, successfully converted 10 (revenues in excess of 120-130 mln USD) markets/countries, in LA and New Zealand, to the Macro Distributor Model. Currently working on in Europe on another conversion in excess of $ 170 mln in revenues, all CoB, and savings expected at about $ 35 mln.
• Engaged with senior managers across different Shell businesses to align (lubricants, aviations, marine, retail) Shell’s objectives.
• Acted as the lead negotiator for conversions in LA and NZ. Led the analysis of prospective distributors in Latin America and NZ (90-100 interviews).
• Ensure that direct project delivery is on Time and within cost, estimated cost of USD 250-400k per country, with larger countries in the $1-2.5 ml
