I am the chair and CEO of ICF, a publicly traded global consulting and technology services provider with more than 9,000 full- and part-time employees that help clients solve their most complex challenges, navigate change and shape the future. I joined ICF as an associate in 1987 and have been a senior leader for 20+ of those years, helping guide the company’s incredible growth story: ICF has doubled in size every five years on average over the past two decades. This growth has been fueled by providing innovative services and digital solutions to our clients.
