In addition, I created two symposia: Creating Caring School Communities - SEL and Bullying Prevention; Research Meets Practice - Effective Tools to Prevent Bullying. Managed product development and authored education software for a technology company whose offerings enhanced the writing, research and communication skills of K-8 learners. I defined product specifications and requirements for software development, built and managed production schedules with the software team and assessed market competition. My function required me to create product manuals and training materials, train trainers and provide direct customer support to U.S. school and district clients. I supported corporate sales and marketing efforts through trade show presentations and reseller visits.
