Mass Market Consumer Collectible Partworks sold in the wholesalers, reatil and supermarkets channel in the 4 countries of the Andean Community (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Panama). P&L, marketing, sales, finance, administration and operations responsible.
• I started up from scratch the business unit as a spinoff. After five years, 50% of the group's revenue and 60% of the company's cash flow. The BU generated the 65% of the group's EBITDA. Yearly revenues, US $7 MM; EBITDA, 18.5%.
• I opened the markets of Ecuador, Venezuela and Panama.
• I created the direct marketing sale channel: 30% of revenues and 50% of the net income of the BU.
