I'm a data analyst, and I like to think of my work as that of an "image consultant" for data and operations. Just as an image consultant helps someone project their best version with clarity and coherence, I transform scattered data, poorly structured processes, and confusing metrics into clear, useful, actionable information. My interdisciplinary background of 7+ years — across engineering, human resources, and client success — allows me to serve as a bridge between teams: understanding what operations needs, what leadership is asking, and what the data is actually saying, making sure those three things align. That intersection of people, process, and insight is exactly where I do my best work. On the technical side, I work with Python, SQL, and Tableau for in-depth analysis, and with Excel and Google Sheets for day-to-day operational tracking. I've built KPI dashboards, analyzed conversion funnels, and identified operational friction and patterns that impact team and process performance. But my work goes beyond visually polished reports. Appearances can be deceiving — and so can data. What sets me apart is a genuine interest in finding the truth behind the numbers, even when that truth reveals uncomfortable problems or inefficiencies no one wanted to see. What I bring to organizations is concrete: I help leaders and teams operate with greater clarity and confidence, with the assurance that they will receive information prepared with sound judgment, analytical honesty, and precision — ready to drive smarter decisions. My near-term goal is to grow into a junior Business Analyst role, contributing not just with analysis, but with structured thinking, process documentation, and requirement gathering that support better decision-making across the organization.
