Daniel Altenburg

Daniel is a people person by trade and has over 15 years of international recruitment experience. Daniel studied at SDSU and after graduation moved to Peru for 5 years before returning in 2013. Upon returning, Daniel and his business partner, Michael Lenny, created Zipdev. Daniel is a father, husband, action sports enthusiast, soccer fanatic, and a Southern California local who will never turn down a plate of tacos. You can find him chasing swells up and down San Diego’s coast and chasing winter storms from California to the Rockies come winter. More about Zipdev: Zipdev is a remote technical staffing firm that identifies software engineers from LatAm, who speak fluent English, have the correct technical aptitude, and can work in US timezones. Over the years Daniel has gained experience recruiting talent that ranges from entry-level to C-level management. With a degree from San Diego State University, he is always looking to network with people from the area, those looking to start a business or bring an idea to life. Recently, Daniel was added to the board for the Entrepreneurs' Organization where he will assist with finding new members who are interested in growing their business around other like-minded individuals.
