Most teams don’t lack talent. They lack clarity, ownership, and alignment. I’m an engineering leader with 12+ years building and shipping scalable web products, and 5+ years leading the teams behind them. I've taken underperforming teams and turned them into structured, high-output force. I've also built products from scratch as a solo founder, which means I understand the full stack of decisions an engineering team has to execute against. On the leadership side, I focus on: - hiring well and building strong, accountable teams - creating clarity where there’s ambiguity - partnering closely with product and design - building environments where engineers can do their best work without second-guessing everything On the technical side, I still think in systems. Frontend architecture, design systems, performance, and delivery pipelines, I don’t just manage that work, I understand it deeply enough to set direction and raise the bar. I’ve led teams at uGuru and Talkoot through high-risk platform modernizations, shipped greenfield SaaS products, and built products from scratch as a founder. My leadership is grounded in a simple belief: Great people make great products.
