This period were dark days for Jarvis where spectacular growth turned sour. Rapid decisive action was required and I was part of the rescue team which saved Jarvis from going into administration. My part was to identify group wide cost savings (transformation) and then deliver a key programme stream cutting costs in IS and shared services from £30m p.a. to £11m p.a.
