I work at the intersection of Human Resources, recruitment strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Not to follow traditional HR playbooks. But to build efficient, people-centric hiring systems that work in real conditions. My foundation comes from hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment, including my time at Deloitte India, where I supported talent coordination, stakeholder alignment, and fast-paced hiring processes.
