I am a people and business leader with extensive experience in leading through strategy development, delivery, change, crisis and transformation. As the CEO for the General Transport Center (GTC) at the Royal Commission for Makkah City & Holy Sites, I lead the strategy, regulation and delivery of transport and mobility for one of the most sacred and visited places in the world. With more than 20 years of experience in the transport and infrastructure sector, I have a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale programs and investments across different regions and markets. I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the USA and Middle East, PgMP professional with diversified experience in Business Strategy, Organizations/Change/Leadership, program and Project Management, Business Development, transportation, infrastructure and Energy management. I have diversified work experience internationally in the USA and the Middle East. Before joining RCMC, I held a number of leadership positions including the Managing Director for Transport & Infrastructure business in the Middle East, the Program Director for one of the largest infrastructure programs in the world delivering infrastructure and managing the full cycle of an esteemed capital investment. Before that I was the Civil and Structure Department managerfor the PB Kuwait office and have led projects in the East Coast of the USA with a numberof international firms and CAIT.
