Vicken Haleblian

I am the CEO and Managing Partner at HCVT, Los Angeles’ largest locally based CPA firm and the 31st largest firm nationally. Prior to leading HCVT, I headed the firm’s Media and Entertainment industry group. In my role, I am responsible for developing and setting firm strategy and will focus on continuing the firm’s steady growth, nurturing its employee-centric culture, and identifying and developing the next generation of public accounting leaders. With over 35 years of experience in tax, I am an established leading strategic tax expert on the full spectrum of the entertainment industry, including motion picture production companies, film finance companies, scripted and unscripted TV production companies and distribution companies. I am also committed to growth and find high reward in mentoring tax professionals at varying stages in their careers. I am also proud to serve on the board of NeuroTalent Works, an organization that transitions gifted individuals on the autism spectrum into valuable talent for corporations.
