I am a finance leader focused on scaling growth-stage SaaS and technology companies. Throughout my career, I’ve operated across two primary phases of company growth: - VC-Backed Startups ($1M to $50M ARR): Frequently serving as the first Finance hire or Head of Finance. My focus here has been building FP&A and accounting functions from scratch, establishing core SaaS metrics, scaling the companies for efficient growth, and supporting capital-raising efforts. - PE-Sponsored SaaS Companies ($25M to $100M ARR): Leading corporate FP&A, aligning with Private Equity sponsors on strategy, driving capital allocation efficiency, and managing M&A diligence and integrations. My approach bridges the gap between strategic, forward-looking FP&A and a highly disciplined accounting foundation, with a belief that finance should be a growth driver for top line and profitability. I have frequently partnered with commercial teams closely and have direct experience leading RevOps, managing GTM metrics, and aligning cross-functional planning and execution.
