I have an extensive skillset from my years working both in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently at the New York Public Library, I oversee a wide array of daily activities and provide direct support to the various Managers as well as the Director of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library. My daily duties include but are not limited to: planning successful staff-wide events and coordinating with outside vendors, managing the calendars and scheduling meetings for the Managers and the Director, and compiling data for internal and external purposes. At Trian Fund Management, my role as an Executive Legal Assistant involved direct support to the Chief Legal Officer, reflecting my dedication to precision and organization. My responsibilities encompassed managing expenses, orchestrating travel plans, and maintaining meticulous records, thereby ensuring seamless operational flow. The breadth of my skills is further exemplified through my adeptness at creating technical reports and handling sensitive legal documentation. Previously, my tenure at Reddit as a Global Mobility Paralegal equipped me with a nuanced understanding of global immigration processes, enhancing my competencies in communication and project management. Working alongside VPs and coordinating with outside counsel, our team facilitated international mobility with finesse. Such experiences have solidified my ability to navigate complex administrative challenges in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
