Adam Green

Adam Green is founder and chief technology officer of Salt Lake City-based Collective Medical. Collective is based on an idea sparked by Patti Green, an emergency department social worker and Adam’s mother. Since then, Adam along with childhood friends Chris Klomp and Wylie van den Akker have led the delivery of the nation’s largest care collaboration network and Collective’s real-time, risk-adjusted event notification and care coordination platform. The company now serves every national health plan in the country, hundreds of hospitals and health systems, and tens of thousands of providers across all points of care.
