I am an IT technician with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a certificate in information technology from Year Up and Roxbury Community College. I have over a year of work experience in various IT roles, including IT consultant at Beth Israel Lahey Health and IT analyst intern at Wellington Management. I have developed skills in help desk support, technical support, and desktop support, and I have a passion for solving complex problems and delivering quality service. I am also fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian, and I have a keen interest in learning new technologies and enhancing my IT knowledge.
